BUT! Why assume it's against Charli? The Eras Tour is happening across the UK as we speak, so she's getting the natural boost in sales from touring there. No, it’s not 12 year old thinking. According to wikipedia she’s touring there until the 23rd, so again, why the **** did it need to happen now? she wants to act all progressive but she can barely read a room

i agree it's probably not personally against charli, but the optics are really bad. she's starting to get a bad rep again i think (is she intentionally trying to get herself cancelled for the rerelease of reputation tv? omg her mind...) the entire ttpd era can be summarized with one word: overexposed. she announced it at the grammys to a silent room of people who were both unimpressed and annoyed that she did that there. and she's been doing dozens of moves like that ever since to the point that it's becoming laughable and kind of ridiculous. no other artist in the industry needs to release 60 different digital versions and (plastic cased of course, because why be sustainable?) cd editions of their album with one different extra song just to make headlines, sales and break records. no other artist doubles the tracklist just to get more streams. it's also ironic because all people want on cd is the second album and she just keeps rereleasing the first one with one bonus track... like why.  add to that the fact that she knows these other younger artists are launching projects they worked on for months/years that they really could use a #1 on and that she is blocking them just because she can, it just doesn't make her look like that nice of a person, it just makes her seem greedy imo - and a lot of people are starting to feel that way too. if things don't change i wouldn't be surprised if she ended up becoming a victim of her success.

I can’t wait for the exposé videos and stuff soon. I fully believe Taylor Swift will have one of the biggest downfalls ever. Her greed is showing, and no one likes that. It makes you a very unlikeable person.
