Is she only offering these signed photo cards in the UK because it’s the territory that looks like another girl might claim number one for one week?  It’s such a transparent grab at controlling the charts and it seems less and less defensible. I mean she’s doing it because she can but what’s the end result of constantly jockeying to block other.  A few more bucks and another notch in her stats seems to be the only goal but it’s such a turnoff.  She’s owes nobody any favours but it’s also starting to feel like she just like rubbing it in everyone’s faces.  I’m actually going to see her in London soon and this kind of news makes me much less excited to see her.

she's not using her power to do anything but to exploit the mental illness of her fans and to milk the one sided relationship that they have with her

do you really think what she's doing could be recreated by a small or even better, a new artist? 

also. what's new about it to you? she's not making new methods of selling and buying music, she's abusing what already exists lol

Ok, I won't say the thousand versions of her album are ok and that's she's not the business woman we all know she is, but what if this strategy is being forced by her team/label? I mean, I'm sure they are aware of how big her star power is at the moment and how much she can keep selling to her fans, so they probably took all of this into account for the roll out and might have even included it in the terms of her contract or promotional campaign? 

We're talking about a lot of signed copies and other albums like Speak Now TV and 1989 TV didn't even get them. They were actually rushed, perhaps because of TTPD. 

I know that from the looks of Miss Americana the Taylor Swift Company isn't as friendly as one would think.

Honestly speaking, don't let this affect you. It's annoying but it doesn't matter as a fan, she's not making people buy these to be able to see her perform (poor fans that bought like a thousand versions already lol; I like collecting but this is insane).

There's no denying that, but I do believe her business deals get bigger and bigger and probably push things like these in order to achieve those sales. I'm sure her sales team must be insane. 

Either way, most of the fans are still taking it, let's see if the bubble breaks someday.
