i’m just gonna say him being old…. the latter. in general artists don’t write all the songs first then record etc… they do it in different stages, so i’m gonna say it’s been all turned in.

She does have a due date for this album  and maybe her Dad is guessing songs or didn't get to hear the special Target edition with 3 bonus tracks?  I doubt he follows her release schedule . But who knows
