Teletubby 151,037 Posted May 30, 2024 Share Posted May 30, 2024 Madonna has just been hit with another class action lawsuit, this time from a disgruntled fan who alleges her “Celebration Tour” was overly sexual and disrespectful to fans. As reported by TMZ, a fan named Justen Lipeles filed the suit against Madonna, claiming that concertgoers were presented with “****ography without warning” and were “forced to watch topless women on stage simulating sex acts.” He also alleges that the artist encouraged fans to strip, though, reportedly, it was less of a sexual request and had more to do with the high temperatures within the venue. (Madonna addressed her preference for heat back in April, calling out the production staff of her Miami show for blasting the air conditioning.) There needs to be some sort of common sense approach towards preventing frivolous lawsuits. Do I know what that would look like? No. When do I want it? NOW.
