Canada Continues To Get Poorer As GDP Per Capita Falls 7th Time In A Row

Prelimanary estimates according to RBC suggests Canadas GDP Per Capita fell for a 7th quarter in a row.

 

High population growth has kept the overall economy still growing masking the core issue.

 

Canada once ranked #1 for quality of life at the turn of mileniun according to United Nations and ranked top 5 for most wealth per citizen (GDP Per Capita) as far back as 1970s to 1980s

 

Since then plagued by productivity issues, sagging and weak business investments and an economy that devotes 6% of GDP resources to Realestate construction alone, Canada continue to fall on the rankings for wealth per person and quality of life as it essentially is becoming poorer

This deterioration started as far back as early to mid 2000s... the "clown" merely kept the trend going
