The warning was sent to the spanish delegation so what if all other commentators did the same thing during the final?

Girl we sang those in the car while our parents were driving 'cause they were the ones playing it. I didnt said you sexualised it, I said we should stop complaining about songs that reference sex, its part of our lives :ohwell:

But this is what I'm talking about - kids sing this without knowing what it's about and while it's harmless a lot of the time, it could get some into a bad situation. I don't have a problem with songs about sex, just that more innuendo-filled ones shouldn't be put on a family friendly platform. But kids hearing it isn't really my issue like most people here seem to think it is - songs encouraging women to do certain kinds of sex acts, well, we really should see how problematic that is. Just for once, imagine how it feels to be a woman hearing them. Because it's in Eurovision packaging, people are blind to how problematic these lyrics are and if they were in a mainstream pop song by a big name, maybe you'd realise it.

Isn't this their last year of their contract?

Yeah i expected more pressure on the EBU coming from broadcasters from Ireland, NL, Spain and Greece... But well... They keep ignoring any petition and pretend the issue is solved

I've no idea about that contract, but if they are wise they cancel it. Israel in Eurovision does cost a lot of money, but honestly, the whole spirit of the contest.

I know NL did a lot of whining (good things) towards the EBU already. It got safer BTS and the artists have work less for social media etc. EBU said they will look further in the subject of Israel in the competition, but I expect 0 change...

I mean Belgium might not broadcast Israel which will result in DQ but they aren't in the final anyways.

Jury winner: France

Televote winner: Finland

Overall winner: Sweden.

Idk. Gut feeling.

Personally I wouldn't mind it but at the same time I hope it won't turn out like this. It would be healthier for the contest if the televote winner won for a change.

I saw someone mentioning it on twitter, no clue how long was going to last, but if Moroccan Oil is replaced by a new sponsor there may be a chance we won't have to deal with this sh*t anymore, but well, I think MÖ should leave aswell to have a better atmosphere in the contest

Yeah at least they got some improvements, but it still seems the whole bts situation seems hostile :/

That's for sure. But it's the EBU their own fault. By not having a jury during the semi-final, some of the jury favorites won't go through to the final, so the jury faves that are in the final will get more points since there are less jury songs to give points to. Resulting in heavier jury points, resulting in jury winner.
