He can order his DOJ to dismiss the case. And he can also pardon himself. Ordering the DOJ to dismiss the case is unlikely to be challenged in courts.

Biden didn’t get charged because he handed things over when asked. 

Trump’s team conspired to hide documents and obstruct the retrieval of highly classified documents.

Both cases are absolutely not the same. 

Plus, Trump has already been charged. This is just delaying the trial for it.

With all due respect, this is a great example of why Republican rhetoric works.
Despite what Trump and his cronies say, the two instances are not the same, and even if Trump’s legal issues mobilize his supporters even more, that’s no reason to just ignore it.
