It sounds meh at first but it's good to listen to in the background... then you'll eventually realize that you want to listen to it again. It's that vibe for me. And, i really feel that she enjoys this era so that resonates with me as well. Plus, these songs make more impact when performed live imo. Go Dua!!! There's just something about Kevin Parker's pop music production that makes me feel like I'm listening to it in the cafeteria at the North Pole facility in the Golden Compass movie. But I feel like everything I've listened to where he's worked as someone else's producer has been underwhelming - like Olly Alexander's Dizzy was more of a Snooze.
