Yes, first you have the stage and the motion of the stage.  Everyone bagged out the stage at JWT however it was integral to the show, it almost told its own story.

Before she performs Scheiße, the stage has relatively simple visuals/movements, but then when Scheiße starts, the stage turns into a beautiful art piece, transforming and moving around with different levels/positions. As she described it, the stage is a perfect illusion.

After she had her hip injury at the BTWB, Gaga talked about how the amount of steps during the show in the castle was a real workout and took a toll on her body, possibly aiding in the injury.

At the JWT, the visuals that played during the song is Gaga climbing stairs non stop. All while the perfect illusion stage is now doing all the lifting of Gaga to reach the top of the stage, rather than Gaga having to climb endless stairs to feel that same momentum.
