I'm a bit confused about the charity thing 

 

I think it's great but why would they take away the grand prize money 

 

and why would the queens even agree?

 

is it bc of no eliminations?

Roxxxy looks...interesting. Angeria with a new nose or am I wrong? Strong cast tho...except for Jorgeous. 

She changed her nose contour but her nose in the confessionals is the exact same

A lot of queens have been saying no to all stars bc theres soooo much at stake and some queens kind of change the perception the fans have of them without intending to

I think the guaranteed exposure of a whole season drew them into it

Also they got some money beforehand. So its a win win situation for them and a very safe way to get a lot of new followers and getting back on the big screen again. Also, a lot of the girls on this cast have a greeeat reputation. Plastique Tiara would have never come back if there was a chance of her getting eliminated

Edit: Plus, there are so many seasons and new queens now every year, that if a queen wants to stay relevant in the fandom, the NEED to be on a season every 3-5 years imo. Drag Race is on its commercial peak and you need to milk that as a queen!

apparently the queens got a significant appearance fee + the costume stipend

they must really be scraping the barrel with this cast. 

if queens know others are getting a non-elim format + a huge appearance fee why would you agree to appear on the show unless u get the same treatment

When I first saw the rumored cast list, I was underwhelmed, but the MTQ changed my mind a little. Maybe this will be an interesting season  Though, I still dislike the idea of no eliminations. I think that should be saved for All Winners seasons and not regular All Stars.

Oh, but the promos look incredible though. This might be one of the best promo photo shoots ever tbh. I love how opulent everything looks; many of the outfits are finale worth imho.
