People know that streaming is happening. He has it posted publicly so them not knowing is in them. Also, I feel like he is purposely live streaming in the hopes of catching conversations for evidence in civil court with Cynthia and Gaga. He has been doing this for a while and makes it seem like the restaurant is the only place the meet to talk. Hence all the sudden recordings that he is trying to say is for events even though they are rolling 24/7 almost. I can’t get on Twitter or instagram without being asked to join his live every time I check the apps. He has been almost exclusively live for the past 4 days.

 

I’ve always assumed Gaga was in a conservatorship due to her father controlling the deals made with Rob Fusari and I am assuming having huge input into def jams and interscope deals. Not like Britney’s where he has full authority but so that she can’t be taken advantage of. At least not by anyone without him knowing. 
 

 

Cynthia seems like she has been in the rocks with him for a while and I don’t know why she just doesn’t leave and go be with Gaga and Michael in Malibu honestly. Like have her home but relocate away for his ass. I may be reading it wrong but he seems like a real asshole. 

This is what I was thinking. It's suspicious that everything is being livestreamed anyway, but even more suspicious that it's on his own personal Twitter. That has nothing to do with the restaurant or brand, that's just weird streaming of people without their knowledge or consent.

Even weirder it caught them having an argument. Because at first I thought the same, maybe he's trying to catch Cynthia out in saying things, or make her look bad, or even just cover his own ass. But then why would he try to shut the conversation down so many times?  Also I know that recordings taken without somebody knowing they're being recorded don't hold up in court... but I would believe it if I was told that a livestream is legal when screen recorded by a third party. And the stream is public so technically she 'knows' she's being streamed. But I'm huuuugely assuming here

Or maybe he just literally wants to stream the restaurant thinking it's good advertising and they both forgot the camera was there and it was an accident. Who knows

 

P.S. the conservatorship thing makes so much sense because back in the early days she said multiple times that her dad is in charge of her accounts

Tbh I'd assumed they'd separated quietly a while ago already.

Most signatures in her leaked documents were her own though and Joe's was mostly on facilty rentals and stuff? But he was part of the BTWF things too which is weird if you look at what he says nowdays.

Joe has been on Fox News talking about how dangerous the NYC streets have gotten, talking about immigrants and the city being soft on crime, etc. If I had to guess, he’s becoming a little paranoid and should someone want to disrupt his business or create trouble he can have them on camera. 
 

That, in addition to, trying to promote his live performance events at the restaurant so business stays strong.

Yeah, I think people don’t quite realize a conservatorship requires quite specific circumstances that must be proven to a judge to be put in place. You must prove the adult is completely incapable of caring for themself, which is a high bar to clear.

Gaga having her father help oversee her finances (along with the normal business managers, accountant, lawyers etc) doesn’t mean she was in a conservatorship, not even close.

Tbh I feel like another user said, I feel like they have been quitely separated for quite some time or are separating. Its always been odd to me how he is a huge Trump MAGA supporter, and Trump has openly been bully to Gaga and what she stands for. Its clear Cynthia is a Democrat, and I just dont see how their marriage could be healthy with his huge fixation as a Trump supporter. 
 

Again I do not know, just assuming. That had got to put a huge strain on any marriage. Joe has seemed to become harder leaning Republican in the last few years. I have met Cynthia in Vegas and she is the sweetest woman. For what its worth, Joe was never with her the few times I saw her at Brians After Dark Show.
