It was actually written for Born This Way, and replaced with Scheisse in the final tracklist. It was during the early ARTPOP era that she re-recorded it for TLC

It's okay to admit that the two songs are similar. It doesn't have to be shade or a stan war topic, it just is what it is. People did too much with it, but it's...still true.

A good amount of songs have a similar sound, chord progression, lyrical rhythm and structure 

I personally like the fact that some Gaga songs borrow bits of other sounds. Alejandro is also a brilliant example, it's a great hommage to the Ace of Bace sound but still fresh and different.
