We now have had several dancers that worked with Gaga for nearly a decade come out and detail the abuse and mistreatment they faced from Richy. They also have been very careful to publicly state *Richy* was the problem and not Gaga herself. But that being said, if her management team failed to protect them as employees from this kind of work environment when they knew it was going on - which we now know they seemingly did. Than that does reflect poorly on Gaga and there is a certain level of responsibility on her as well. She was able to get rid of Laurieann and Troy when there were problems for her with them… but for Richy to exhibit this behavior and see no repercussions? If’s bad optics. It sends a message that - although unintentional - reads “If I’m on the receiving end, they’re fired. If any of you are, you need to suck it up.” And let’s say Gaga truly knew NOTHING because nobody told her. There is ZERO chance nobody with authority didn’t know. So if someone was protecting Richy by sweeping it under the rug for a time - than the problem becomes even stickier.
