You can't even open the door or window until water fills the car. Better to let that happen asap before it completely sinks. 

Idk about the glass shattering but glass shards in the face are better than drowning anyway.

Yeah that’s the tool I was talking about - I used to have one in my car but can’t find it anywhere so I’ll buy a new one
