I know people raise the argument of “hype” or “oh well she’s gonna be busy with joker promo/lg7 promo” we quite literally live in a new day and age with streaming that everything could (if she wanted to) quite literally be done at once. And in the sense of “hype” - this is such a bogus argument I’m sorry. Gaga having only 1 professionally recorded tour that’s release and being such a powerhouse of a name alone is enough proof that she could release the film at any time she wants lol. They (interscope, management, etc) also are not gonna be looking at the numbers of a concert film…. It’s quite literally just fan service. I never want her to stop doing jazz which she loves but I do want more news about her other projects she’s teased/discussed. I just wish she did something to show that she cares for everyone who can't afford a Vegas trip. Is releasing a DVD that hard? Maybe even have a stream to watch the show live as I would probably watch it if the prices were decent. I love her jazz era and every era that she has done so far, but I have to be critical of her team (read again: not her, her TEAM). She is probably one of the most popular artists of our generation and I feel kind of let down by the way things were handled in the past. That's pretty much it.
