She's doing these live performances but they are not resonating. Also, absolutely zero news about the album so far. She released Physical around the time Don't Start Now was just picking up and of course got ignored as a 2nd single. After Future Nostalgia I assumed she was getting more creative freedom and wasn't going to be as pressured to have big hits. I agree with you, but is obvious the 2 singles are not it. I think she got complacent and sure no matter what she did it was gonna be hit and sadly it didn’t work.
