Concertaholic 5,743
This news is beyond devastating. Wendy was my ultimate source of joy for years and the first thing I looked forward to watching as soon as I got home everyday. I always held out hope that she would make a triumphant return but it appears that won’t be the case now. My heart goes out to her son and family and all the fellow Wendy Watchers

Until there is barely anything left of who she used to be. Sadly this is true. I do dementia screens for our clinic. Please look into this though, we now think 40% of all dementia’s are preventable. Don’t plan on there ever being a treatment, try to prevent!

Cardiovascular exercise, treat sleep apnea, high quality sleep, socialization, keep ldl (bad cholesterol) low, challenge the mind/stay engaged. If you pick one thing, exercise every day that gets your heart rate up. Would encourage checking out @Thebraindocs on IG for good prevention advice
