There has been an organized effort to make her look really bad online. An account on Twitter pretends to be a JLo charts account (they are NOT a fan) and they only post partial day streams. 

Obviously her streams aren’t going to be great, but they make them look a lot worse as a joke.

The numbers that initially appeared on Spotify were very wrong, appears to be partial tracking or something. They came up with songs have just 1,000 streams. So they weren't lying, they were just going off of what was available to them at the time, I saw the same thing on the Spotify page with my own two eyes. It didn't update with the actual numbers until late this morning. Seems to've been a mistake on Spotify's part, they don't usually display just partial tracking. 

That being said...the real numbers are also pretty horrendous and I doubt seriously this album is going to debut within the top 10 unless her pure sales are good.

it's not a mistake. Spotify starts its tracking day at 00:00 UTC.  these low numbers are all streams received before this time and counted as Thursday streams since albums are usually released at local time and there are many countries where albums are out a few hours before 00:00 UTC.
