But also I’m sure Ozzy wants to get ahead of any potential upset by clearing up that he doesn’t want to be associated with Kanye, and this is the way to do it.

Kanye removed this sample from the song. there are also songs like @River or Everybody which are not included on the album at all probably due to uncleared samples.
