I've done threads like this before for a few tours in the past (Spice Girls, Britney Spears) but I've never done one like this for Gaga and have always wanted to!

This list will consist of any changes or special occurrences that happen on The Born This Way Ball Tour. This list is specific to the 2013 tour dates only. Examples of things to expect in this late are changes or variants to: set list, wardrobe, stage/props, celebrity sightings, etc. If a song title is in RED it has been removed that night, if a song title is in GREEN it was either added that night or performed only that night.

The Born This Way Ball Tour - 2013

Jan. 11: Vancouver, BC (Rogers Arena)

-This was Madeon's first night as an opening act for Lady Gaga

-With this being the first show of this leg a few changes have been made to the previous set list. Some of the songs have been moved around. Set list additions starting tonight: "Hair" (album version), "The Queen" (on piano with band), "Born This Way" (acoustic, on piano)

-Beginning on these dates, Lady Gaga used a nightstick instead of guns during "Government Hooker", "Judas", "Americano", and "Poker Face" in respect of the NewTown school masacre.

-Tonight Gaga wore her famous red-bottom Monster Ball Tour boots

-Something went wrong with her castle which caused the use of a different piano (for tonight only!) Normally after "Bad Kids" pieces of the wall get punched out to make way for the wrecking ball piano. The wall never busted open and instead her dancers wheeled out the motorcycle piano.
