tbh I don't get why that Reddit post would make him start questioning his source. It said nothing particularly interesting other than "I have some 'sources' and if there was going to be a release in February, they would've been doing deals, contracts, vinyl production, etc.". Anyone could say that and I feel like the part about deals, contracts, etc. could've been inferred by anyone too.

Maybe he wasn’t 100% confident in his source to begin with and didn’t think it’d be an issue until now?

For all we know his source could have also just said, look out for February when it comes to Gaga related news, and nothing implying literal new music in that specific month? Idk, I’m just not trying to get my hopes up, but I think it’s odd to just NOW question it from a Reddit post, and not when dozens of other fake “sources” have said ****.. (edit: and no shade to him, I’m just spitballing BS lol)

It's possible. He said his source was reliable during the Chromatica era, so I assume that he has confidence in them. But yeah, for all we know his source could've just vaguely hinted at Gaga releasing something in February 2024.

And yes, I agree that it's very strange for him to start questioning his source now. It's literally just a random Reddit post. There's been tons of fake insiders on Twitter, Reddit, etc. I don't see why this one is any different.

Tbh..and I know this is probably reaching but I don’t actually think a February single was literally ever plausible and I’m mad at myself for getting hype BUT it reminded me how great and fun the GGD forum is and I missed yall
