TTPD is such a mess, even going all the way through Cowboy Carter becomes tedious during a few songs. Billie on the other hand has almost perfected the consistency. Ari's album also is quite solid throughout. TFM has such a solid tracklist. It's very, very unusual for a longer album to be great from start to finish.
