I wouldn't be surprised if there is a delay, but I guess it will be released atleast by March, not as late as April.

TMZ is all about saying what they know. If they knew about à second album this year, I believe they would’ve said it explicitly and made it THE focal point of the article

Which is something that is not set in stone. As far as I remember most people here say it is because Billie did so, but do we really think a few more weeks of pre-orders matter. Fans will pre-order as soon as an album is announced, and most of the GP will buy it after release

I think it’s just standard Interscope practice honestly. Some people do them slightly shorter, some go wayyyyy longer. 
 

All of Gaga’s albums have been at least 6 weeks.

I think the album cover embedded in the source code is a mock/ fake, I've zoomed in an everything and I'm convinced that's her ARTPOP face. The lips and bleached brows scream the album photoshoot

Wouldn't past her team to mock up one or use an edited picture as a placeholder, I think by now she's used to us little monstrosities digging around in source codes etc so she might come prepared

Lol as if you actually want the album to be pushed back to April? And just to be proven right?  Like, haven't we all waited long enough?

Like tell me what actual benefit would come from delaying the album for another 2/3 months? What would she gain, other than thoroughly p*ssing off her fanbase? She said February, so February it is. Ppl thought Disease was gonna be delayed to even though she said October and look how that played out. Stop.

Not once did I say I wanted it to happen. It was a guess based on the amount of leaks/ delays/ cancellations we have had to go through over the years. 
Also my thinking was that a release closer to her Coachella performance plus a wider preorder window would help. I dunno.

I think at this point ppl just want the music. There's no point changing plans again. It's already been 4 months since the lead single (Disease ) and the album will gain traction regardless, especially if it is promoted well, and with another single. I mean it's Lady Gaga after all, not some unknown artist.
