Judging from past Gaga album rollouts I doubt Notorious will be the lead. Her lead singles are usually the more commercial sounding songs and Notorius sounds very very alternative and might be a bit too hard hitting for the overall listener but who knows! It would be such a fearless and "unapologetic" choice for a lead single and I'd be so here for it.

Tho personally I'd like the lead to be something non of us have heard before.

I'm expecting it to be safe too. I'm also wondering if I'm going to be a little underwhelmed, because her leads are always....meh. It's always the second single that slaps. I'm optimistic though. She seems to be coming for BLOOD this era

The fact she’s releasing right before Halloween gives me hope that the lead will be very dark, so hopefully no safe/“too commercial” song as the lead

I’m gonna have to be honest, if we’re not getting an announcement or teaser tomorrow I don’t think we’re getting the lead this week. I don’t even know if it’s coming in October at this point. I wanted to say if we’re not getting this week we might get it on the last week of October but that’s when DWAS Vinyl will be shipped and it’d be weird for LG7 lead to release on the same week for chart trackings. lowkey discouraged about the possibility it’s coming soon but we’ll see
