It's sad that so many monsters view Gaga's career as this perpetual uphill battle, as if she's always working from a deficit and that one wrong move will make the world turn against her. Or that if a project she works on doesn't blow everyone out of the water, it somehow wasn't worth it. Stan wars aren't based in reality, it's not 2013, it's way more fun to have faith in Gaga than to constantly fret about her success. 

Artists' careers are cumulative. Gaga's persona and oeuvre outsize her individual projects. A film with mixed reviews or a single that doesn't go number 1 won't tarnish her icon status at this stage in her career. The general public views Gaga as a talented artist, a fashion chameleon, a decent actress, and a good person. It doesn't matter if LG7's lead does well or not. It doesn't matter if it's in the shadow of JFAD's poor commercial performance, or if it doesn't do as well as DWAS. 

She has something no one else has: she's Lady f*cking Gaga!
