Last week she had very little activity on social networks, so I think she will start publishing stuffs this week and she will announce the new single next week for Friday the 21st.

My guess is no. 
Camilla is on the same label. Her album is releasing and I’d assume the label wouldn’t want to distract people with Gaga. 
Then next week is allegedly Katy releasing and I’m betting that they don’t want another Gaga vs Katy war.
