Democrats need to switch up their strategy and focus on things Biden has acomplished or at least push the narrative of acomplishments even if he really does not have any, rather than fear mongering about Trump. It did not work in 2016 and it is not going to work in 2024. How ironic that the party who screamed till they were blue in the face about how Trump was unstable and going to cause WWIII ended up with Biden, a guy who is supporting a genocide in Gaza and has fruitlessly poured countless billions into a failed war in Ukraine. I could never vote for Trump, yet I also refuse to vote for a man supporting a genocide, looks like I will be sitting this election out. It‘s keeping Russia busy and weakening it so it doesn’t go for Nato territory next. That was always the longterm plan. Also Israel is an ally which was attacked. And the west is handling it exactly like that. You can only denounce friendly states and one of your biggest allies so far. Republicans would have been even more pro-Israel, Trump literally moved the American Embassy to Jerusalem to show how pro-Israel they are, escalating tensions in the Middle East & especially between Israel & Palestinians even more. Trump would literally lead to a global conflict, something Biden is working hard to prevent, they are not equal on the world stage. Nobody with two brain cells to rub together actually thinks Russia wants to attack the borders of nato, that is nothing but fear mongering and propaganda. The Ukraine War has done nothing but strengthen Russia, Russian army is like 20 times stronger now than it was at the start of the war, Russia's economy is actually growing and they have shifted to trade with Asian countries like China and India. And when all this business in Ukraine is said and done, Russia will be in control of large portions of valuable Ukranian territory and will have destroyed the ability of Ukraine to ever become a strong nato ally and natos credibility will have been tarnished even more than it already is. Nato is an antiquated relic of US imperialism that needs to be seriously reformed, European countries are starting to figure out that US interests don't always go hand in hand with their own. As for Israel, the fact that hamas attacked first does not justify the deliberate murder and mass genocide of innocent civilians in gaza no matter how zionists try to spin it to justify their crimes. I'm old enough to remember that people were saying Russia was never gonna invade Ukraine and it was all CIA fearmongering.
