Ukrainian propaganda account claimed on X that an F-16 airplane taking off from the Romanian city of Constanta carried out an airstrike on the settlement of Brylikva in Russian-occupied Kherson. This promped the Romanian Ministery of Defense to come on record to deny this occured. This comes in the context that Russia claimed it will retaliate against the countries which allow F-16s to fly from their territory to Ukraine.

I wonder why Ukraine would post this. Like it just makes them look bad in this case; perhaps its to try to convince other countries to become more heavily involved?

Ukrainian folks seem desperate to draw Nato into the conflict. It's a dangerous game when nukes are involved...

If the airplane really would have come from Romania, Russia would have admitted to being weak because it did not counter-react to it by counter-attacking Romania, as this would be one more of 15 crossed red lines. This is why, either it is fake news, or Russia is barking loud but not doing anything.

This page is not "Ukraine", and has nothing to do with the Ukrainian government.

But obviously the OP has an obsession with constantly amplifying any news/development that puts Ukraine in an unfavorable light. You should've noticed this by now, as evidenced by the fact he'll make an entire new thread on a pop forum to discuss some random tweet from a Ukrainian twitter page unaffiliated with the government.

It could also be both. Fearmongering aside, I am having a hard time imagining Russia really striking targets in NATO countries, so even if it was true Russia only would have been proved to be toothless as you said before.

Nonetheless it needs to be said this account is not linked to the Ukrainian government in this instance ( @27monster27), it just Westeners daydreaming about NATO involvement and spreading disinformation on Twitter.

Which is still scarry because false information was still propagated by someone who didn't even identify the location of the base correctly.

Ew.

I learned that you are not ever going to win with people that are obsessed with you and only engage to act contrarian and "prove you wrong". If one's goal is to follow me around and start shi* as has been happening for years, for better or worse what is going to happen is that the same attitude is going to be mirrored in return.

Alright, I don't know y'all's history so lemme stay out of criticizing how you responded actually.

However, community notes have disproven at least some of your claims in your original post so maybe edit the info you're trying to provide the site.

oop- :rip: Sorry for my misinterpretation.

Still though, I can tell that a lot of people want more heavy NATO involvement. I don't blame them, but let's not start WWIII over this please.
