this isn't about competition with other artists but about Nicki's sex offender and murderer husband and loyalty to him no matter what. 

in her new song Megan raps about “Megan's Law” which requires sex offenders, like Nicki’s husband and her brother Jelani, to remain on a public register and notify any community where they reside.
Nicki and her husband moved to California in 2019 but he failed to register his sex offender status after moving and to cover all the news about his charges and him harassing his victim Nicki started being messy on Twitter (for example her tweets about COVID-19 vaccines and her cousin's testicles). Nicki also purposely lied on social media that her husband victim was white, older than her husband, and that they were in a relationship, to make her fans believe he was jailed only because he is black and had no money for bail.

Really breaks my heart to see her sour what was shaping up be a great moment for her. Pink Friday 2 topped the charts at FTCU and Everybody have genuine buzz. She could have a great renaissance era. I really am put off by her now and her go girl give us nothing attitude to this album. We had no real lead with a video, the live performance of everybody where she lay down legs up in the air giving 40 percent... and apart from the album covers all the artwork is AI created, something which her fans and herself can do in 2 minutes in the Internet.

This aswell makes her look crazy. Why has Megan gotten under her skin so much?? Cardi said much worse about her and she never gave her this much agg!

That's why I lost a lot of respect for her especially after her original Pink Friday era. Who isn't she beefing with is really the question we should be asking, because the way I've seen it for years is simple. She cannot and will never be able to accept the reality that she is not the only female rapper in the game making moves, making headlines and winning recognition. I truly believe she is severely bitter that Cardi B and Megan both have won Grammys while she herself hasn't despite being nominated a few times. She loves tearing down other women because she's insecure. I truly believe she hates the fact that she's not the only main female rapper anymore. You'd think having a child and being a mother would have humbled her. Nah, she's a lost cause and she'll never be nice to anyone.

Like I said in another thread: she can say whatever she wants about Megan, but at the end of the day, she's not the one married with a sex offender.
