The Fame 4,081
I absolutely love it!! Episode four is my definite favorite. I loved the pain and drama surrounding Angel. I tend to love seeing my favorite characters placed into a snow globe and violently shaken and that was pretty much episode four for him. Alfonso 1,398
It's a great show!! I'm just wondering if this is the whole season or if they're dropping more episodes soon because it's too short.

I actually just did some research and found out the missing half of season two it's about to drop, with two episodes coming out per week each Friday apparently; tomorrow two come out and next week the final two come out. And I also just discovered that the serie's pilot was actually on YT since 2019, so I'm happy to see they picked it up (sorry if it was a well known fact, I never ran across it until it premiered on Prime)

It's wonderful to see this series by people who haven't heard of Vivziepop until now. I'm excited for the next episodes and the next season. I just hope the pacing issue is addressed. It looks like the show needs more than 8 episodes to tell its story. Edited January 26 by TheSine "👁 Hate U" 💜🩷🩵

I saw the pilot and it's interesting to notice the differences, but I'm excited to see what it has in store.

Yeah, there's no room for character development or getting to know the characters though short episodes in my opinion. I still like the characters, but it would be nice to see what their everyday life is like. It's like we're in season 5 instead of 1. The pilot was on a hate train when it first came out. Look at it now. Edited January 27 by TheSine Sent too early "👁 Hate U" 💜🩷🩵

LateToCult 39,667
Binged it in a day. I have a few thoughts. 1. Incredibly fresh for being from a major player like Amazon. Like, astoundingly so. 2. The music is phenomenal! 3. It’s very obvious that furry internet culture from the late 00s/early 10s influenced the designs of a lot of the characters. Kind of cool that we might be at the precipice of a new wave of design as that generation begins to step into more leadership roles in the industry. 4. Angel Dust is a character I’m not so sure about. He’s very obviously supposed to be a caricature but I feel like the creators aren’t aware that they’ve possibly made him too much of a caricature. His character is troubled but episode 4 gave me a very specific vibe that I’m low key embarrassed I caught. It reminded me of like, a fanfiction character created by an angsty teen that made them a huge basket case. It’s giving Whump. Iykyk. Which makes a lot of sense when you look at where the other character influences come from. 5. Possibly too many characters introduced in such a short season? Did we really need to focus so much on the V overlords if they didn’t add much to the plot? Specifically the TV guy. What’s up with Angel Security? I get his beef with Allistor is probably gonna be big but maybe too much screen time for him. Overall, I think I rock with all the weirdness (I mean this in a good way) of this show because it’s like these different niche areas of the internet collided into something successful. It’s kind of exciting to recognize where they pull from as someone who was on the internet during the late 00s/early 10s Edited February 2 by LateToCult
