I'm with you with lifting the melody of hit songs, but a sample is a sample no matter what the element is, according to whosampled it Bey sampled 184 times while Ava Tax only 11 times, but yes, Bey samples are mostly beautifully crafted in her songs and not cheap like Whatever or I'm Good
