Oh please, you can only see the customer’s face for 99% of the video and we don’t know how she spoke to the workers on the phone. I can only imagine that she rambled on as she did here and accused them of not knowing how to do their jobs or insinuating they were less than or stupid for the job that they hold, as she did here on video, and as the employee just tried to do their job she continued to explain what “awful” thing they’ve done to her

I'm not a confrontational person so I wouldn't be able to do it, but I'm glad there's people out there who don't take **** and speak their truth:ohwell:

Yup! On the end of being an employee in these situations, absolutely!

her perspective was fair. She ordered the food, asked multiple times if the sauces were there, and when she got home they weren't. Then when she communicated her concern, the people on the phone / drive thru gave her unnecessary attitude instead of apologizing at the very least. who wouldn't be pissed lol

Again, how do you know anything about how the phone call actually went? Plus if you’re that pressed, the bag isn’t security locked, just check the damn thing before you pull away

@63grekke also have you ever been on the employee end of phone calls like what seemed to happen here?

I have, and yes, people like this who get genuinely offended over a minor mistake will ramble on and on about how low you should feel for making said mistake, not even giving you the opportunity, or frankly the mood, to be apologetic

She literally started it by swearing at the worker. The second a customer swears you shut them down, retail 101.

This woman was spoiling for a fight.

She didn't check her purchase before leaving.
She'd clearly already contacted the restaurant and not been given the result she personally wanted - and unless she paid for sauces which is highly unlikely given the food she describes come with free sauces, she is entitled to no refund. She got every paid for item.
She's complaining that she was asked what she wanted the restaurant to do - which is literally what all customer service staff are told to do when faced with a customer problem where the customer is refusing the standard fix offered.
She then having not got the result she wanted, turned up to the store to make further demands. She is disrespectful and rude from the off. She's filming the encounter, a major red flag about her intentions.

Sauces are routinely missed off at places like this just because of how their packaging system behind the counter works (the person doing the hand over isn't always the person who packed it etc). If the sauces were of such importance, then she should have personally checked the items herself to ensure her child would be able to eat. She didn't make sure that her child was able to eat.

im sorry but I get her. a lot of these restaurants have been cheaping out and not including sauces, napkins, even utensils sometimes unless specifically asked for. y'all corporate shills need to get a grip

It's giving out of touch with what a real issue/disrespect looks like and how to react appropriately. What person doesn't just buy a bottle of sauce to keep in their fridge in the event that a fast food place misses it? Relying on freebies and making it someone else's problem. Get real  :ladyhaha:

Get a grip. Your free sauces were missing, and instead of going back to get them you called the store to complain. That ain’t gonna fix the issue. Then you wait till the next day, go through the drive thru, and expect more sympathy. Fast food and retail workers don’t get paid enough to deal with that ****, and the second you start cussing them out they deserve to slam the door on your face / ban your ass.

If your son can’t eat his food without sauce buy a bottle or stock up on free sauces like literally every person I know. But we all know the real issue here isn’t her son, it’s that she’s living a miserable life and has decided to take her anger out on someone who doesn’t deserve it.

Two opinions on this:

Leave fast food and grocery store employees alone. These ppl barely get paid enough to pay for food and rent...like literally barely. Leave them alone and stop doing too much. If they did a mistake I understand how it can be frustrating but put yourself in their shoes for one second.

other opinion:

I get how this could have actually been a tough situation for her. Maybe she isn't rich and getting her autistic son that Burger King meal was like something he was excited about all month long and that's maybe the highlight of his month and she does that for him even though she cannot afford it to help him and what not but then not having the sauce triggered him and with autism you can be easily triggered over the most random things and creater havoc. It sounds like this lady was already on edge probably from all the mess she had to put up with yesterday because of her son not wanting to eat the meal without hte sauces etc.

So here there are two victims imo. The employee and the mom but they should have worked it out another way. Not like this and the mom was ultimately at fault. She should have gone in the store and asked for the sauces politely and the employee should not have given her any attitude
