It was never a rumour tho, the documentary on that streaming service was announced along with the whole L4S rollout back in 2021

The whole point was they made a deal with Viacom to release 3 specials on their biggest platforms: CBS, MTV and Paramount+. The issue is they took too long to release that last one.
