Courts are able to do both? It's not that criminal cases are being missed to hold civil court. Also, how do you think people are being assaulted and murdered? Because I feel like it happens quite more when you're forced to walk to your hotel from a concert rather than take a bus because the bus stops running at 1am. Is their case less valid because they happened to not get murdered after the concert? People defending this are missing a major point in the fact that Madonna is endangering her fans by running past a certain time. It's not just that she's wasting an hour or three of their lives. It's that she ends up having them stranded at the venue too.

It is objectively bizarre that her team refuses to officially communicate around what time she will actually take the stage. Perform late, sure, but why put a wrong time on a ticket consistently, even as you know for a fact it will never be honored?

Her fans will always dodge that simple ass question. If they address it at all they'll pretend "all fans know about this so it's ok" which is patently untrue, and even fans who do know have consistently expressed their concerns and troubles regarding this issue. These are just ignored.

The only answer to the question is that her team, Live Nation and the venues know that if they advertise the correct time, they will sell less tickets. This is straight up consumer manipulation, period, and I don't see why we should be peer pressured into denying that even if we're fine showing up late.

The lawsuit mentions she started two hours late three nights in a row at the same venue... This is systematic. And it's time her team gets forced to communicate transparently.

None of those examples are from concerts that started late, tho...? Cities can be dangerous at night, that we can agree on, but it's a little dishonest to put the blame on the artist.

Disagree if the artist is late on every occasion then they do hold responsibility and as for the lawsuit prob never happen it will settle out of court otherwise will open floodgates.
