Illuminati 15,782
This would be fine as a one off thing but she is notoriously always late and by a lot. It was only a matter of time tbh
Bronco 5,743
I mean I've never bought a ticket for a concert where anything other than the door times has been advertised publicly on release day. I got tickets for opening night of P!nk's tour this year in Oct/Nov 2022. Didn't get told the stage times until late April/Early May 2023. I'm not sure how they can claim false advertising unless the doors opened late?
Future Lovers 6,439
I waited for nearly 3 hours when I saw in her in 2016. Even as a fan, I was irritated, I'll be the first to say it. But I also gotta say...her being late is kind of old news. it's kinda on you if you're caught unawares by her being tardy, this information has been out there. Not really lawsuit worthy imo, and I imagine the court will agree.

hardcore1996 1,607
i dont really feel one way or another about her starting late, but i do think that if you like her enough to buy a ticket you should know enough about her to know she’s done this for years

She was on time.
skaxboy 4,398
10:30pm? Does the venue have a curfew?!?! Some places have really bad traffic getting to the venue. I like to be there early because I get nervous. Lately I’ve missed openers for smaller shows but still, I like to be in my seat when the lights get shut off for bigger concerts. I honestly appreciate when concerts have a 10 minute countdown so that I know to run back to my seat if I need to get a drink or use the bathroom. I am planning on going to the Madonna show in Sacramento because it’s on a Saturday night. Even if she played until 1am, I would still stay because I love concerts and it’s Madonna! Thomas P 18,464
I mean it happened at my show in Toronto. We left the arena at around 1:15, but i warned my friend that this was inevitable because she’s been doing this since before I was born. I’m a simple guy to please, if you like Melodrama, we chill. Argentum 1,596
I mean waiting kinda sucks but it's funny to think of these two gays in the crowd tapping their heels and getting prissy "IM GONNA SUE!" also uhm haha if this lawsuit goes ahead do you really wanna be the gay who sued Madonna for the rest of your life?? bionic 41,917
These gays no doubt hoping for a pay-off to make it go away rather than a day out in court. I doubt Madonna cares but the venue might pay something. buy bionic
Natalia Kills 363
Honestly, these gays are doing us a public service. It won't be successful but man, if a high-profile artist like Madonna got badly stung with fines, it may actually start making shows start when they say they will.
spookytanooki 299
Omg STFU and take the next day off from work if you're going to a concert. I l literally don't care if an artist starts 2 hours late. An artist isn't a steaming service. Sometimes personal issues conflict with your schedule. I truly don't care if you're scheduled for 830. Sometimes you show up 2 hours late, because life is ****ing unpredictable. I don't even like Madonna, and here I am, defending her, because you can't ****ing sue someone because they didn't meet your goddamn privileged expectations. First of all, get the **** over yourself. You bought tickets to an event, and it wasn't exactly to your expectations. You're no better than a yelp reviewer crying that your experience at the McDonald's drive-thru wasn't the same experience as a Michelin star rated restaurant.
