And the title itself is actually not that common to world public "Yes, and?" follows the house trend, which isnt dead yet imo. And the drama around Ari, plus the cool concept music video, and the interesting title...makes it more appealling. Ari is the "bigger" artist so thats another factor.. But still, I enjoy it. Yes, and? is just . . . boring. I really tried to get into it but it's so flat and uninteresting to me That being said, I dont think either one lived up to the hype. I love the classic Ariana don’t-f-with-me vibe. The line about riding a d**k? Yeah, that could only be pulled off by Ari. A larger message about loving yourself? Immediate gay anthem. Houdini on the other hand is SO generic. It’s about coming and going, and disappearing from men? It could literally be sung by any popstar. TBH it sounds like Katy Perry lyrics.
