gagzus 15,878
Besides C2C Gaga has never REALLY deviated away from 3 main genres; pop-rock, electropop and dance. So I suspect she still won’t, I feel like Chromatica had a good reception so I could see her making electronic music with more live elements like real electric guitars and drums. BUT it depends on her producers really. I would personally love her to do sort of like Queen, Fleetwood Mac and Bowie style if she wants to stay in her pop-rock sound. but all I want is a full fledged old school disco album
Sorcerer 12,505
Based on the teasers and rumoured producers, it's dance beats mixed with electric guitars. Kinda like Born This Way but more modern and Joanne but dancier.

From what I've seen on here over the years half+ of her fan base have terrible taste in music the things she could do vocally on a trip hop album, i literally shake just thinking about how it would sound! Judas Society 3,584
I just can't believe it's been 3 years since Chromatica, didn't feel like it's been that long but maybe coz she's been busy with other things that it didn't feel like she's away. Can't predict what she will make like always but I do want her to give us something new. Like sure, get into a couple of genres but put her Gaga spin on it that it doesn't sound like anything we've ever heard. That could be a fever dream coz she's matured and chances are she will go the organic instruments route, rock inspired.
BradleyCooper 2,086
I imagine these songs will be more of raw work with acoustic instruments, especially since with Chromatica the songs had to be pushed to fit the specific style they were leaning to. But then again you never know with Gaga.
KindnessPunk 1,969
I think a reasonable prediction would be something rock inspired. With the recent collab with The Rolling Stones, performing with U2 and Joker 2 kiinnda having a punk vibe (atleast with Harley’s looks) AND rock being something that many people (even the GP) might hope for, I think Rock is very very possible. Edit: I’m hoping for her dive all the way in on Glam Rock and give us a song like “Life on Mars”
killme89 1,415
I want her to give me industrial nine inch nails vibes or alt rock ala interpol , she wants revenge
gemein3 1,290
I want her to just flood the scene. Plain and simple. Strong vocals! I think she’s timing the album to have longevity with the hype and main stream exposure Joker will give her. I’m truly so over hearing about Taylor Swift and her manufactured moves. Time for a new voice and presence!

I think about this moment constantly and that NIN was in her „inspired by” section on Myspace. I was so jealous Halsey was the first pop girlie to snatch Trent as a producer, I always wanted it to be Gar industrial-styled pop and rap is extremely popular amongst the teens now, which we can see even by the BTW tracks resurgence. I can somehow see a new wave, glam rock record (kind of like Miley’s Plastic Hearts), but I really hope she keeps her classic Gaga, dark electronic flair. This is clearly what the geepee needs (and so do I) ...has anybody seen my disco stick?
OMonster 14,675
I'm expecting the complete opposite to Chromatica. That was a glossy, upbeat, clean pop album (which I loved). I think this is going to be messier, rawer... less polished. I think this could be a real passion project for her. subtext / fantasy
Freud 5,666
The Fame, ARTPOP, Joanne being the bright sounds, the Fame Monster, Born This Way, Chromatica being more of the dark sounds, this could go either way.
Decodekid 28,258
Something like Joanne but less safe. Maybe more rock/indie Long Live Gretchen
