COVID derailed it, which couldn't have been helped. It would be nice to see her start a fresh, possibly integrating the original Chromatica promo schedule. I'd be interested in a short EP like 6 songs, including the SOPHIE track and more BURNS / Boys Noize stuff. But it's been 4 years, there's so much that has happened between the pandemic, the election, her personal and love life. I'm interested to see where she is creatively at this point. Her insta post regarding TCBF where she talks about "experiencing creativity in a very special way" and that she feels healed and recharged really peaked my interest because we know both Joanne and Chromatica were not the easiest times for her. You just need to listen to the lyrics of Chromatica, to hear that she was obviously dealing with a lot. I'm actually hard pressed to think the last album we had, since 'The Fame', that was "feel good" music. I'm perched to see where this will go!
