I get it people use autotune for the aesthetics but why would a singing powerhouse like Cher use it so much and clearly lipsync to it.

She should’ve sang live coz it would not even be pitchy with all that autotune.

Thanks for explaining. I just find this strange. If a singer couldn’t sing live in an event due to real technical reasons, why don’t they do it without a mic prop

The other times she’s performed it, she sings the chorus live (just like Believe). This was only because it was at the macys parade.
