2023 the most boring year for Gaga Stans?

according to my lastfm i listened to her less than in 2015 so i guess 2023 is the most boring year to me

For stans? I don't know, probably for some.

For fans, no, at least not for me, delighted with the Rolling Stones collaboration, calmly waiting for Joker 2, the documentary with Tony and whatever she has in store. 

Gagadaily provides enough "entrainment" while I wait lol or when I'm bored.

Probs her most quiet year ever, but she managed to make Haus Labs a top-tier makeup brand in that time. That’s good right? Lol

THIS! wasn’t this the year of the “blackout” lol the first time she truly stepped away from public eye and we were all distraught as hell.

Yes, absolutely. In 2015 we at least had TIHTY, AHS, her and RedOne in the Studio and lots of anticipation for LG5. We also had her post on Instagram a lot. This year she was very inactive - posting mostly Ads and barely interacting. We also have no Idea if and who she was in the Studio with. The anticipation for LG7 is very tame as well, since no one knows if its actually coming soon or if she's working on other things.

I just want to point out that she wasn't sitting back and taking it easy. She was filming Joker 2, recording a collaboration with the Rolling Stones, performing at the Oscars, running a successful cosmetics company, and performing in Vegas, plus we have the documentary about her and Tony coming out later this year. We also don't know what seeds she has been planting for projects to be released next year. 

She's not following the main pop girl mold, nor is she doing as much in the public eye, but she's still doing things, and we've gotten glimpses of her here and there. (It is disappointing that she hasn't done much to commemorate ARTPOP's anniversary though, other than selling merch)

This. I've honestly completely shifted my fan status this year. She's become more of what she used to speak out against.

Tbh this was a super underwhelming year music-wise for me anyway, so Gaga's just a small part of the whole big thing. Fingers crossed for an exciting 2024!

She literally never indicated that anything was coming. Born This Way was the only album anniversary that came and went with more than some merch and maybe a tweet or two.

I'm not sure why anyone was expecting anything else

Gaga left that nonsense behind and now has a more distant but MUCH healthier relationship with her fans. Monsters need to follow suit tbh.

2013 and 2014 were hard as hell, 2023 was nothing in comparison. Boring more than anything.
