Why the **** did the venue not allow water?! During a heatwave??? As far as I'm concerned the venue and those who created and enforced this rule are to blame. How could they not see this coming? That is exactly what happens when people are hot and dehydrated

I went to the Paramore show last night and the staff were handing cups of water regularly to us at the front so we could all hand them back to whoever wanted them. Cups and cups and cups. And this was indoors, at night, not during a heatwave. I just cannot understand that decision
