No actually at the time I was a just an assistant/producer but the reason they invited me to go to the lunch was because I was the one who told the manager of the station that we should be playing Just Dance. Gaga and her manager invited the managers of the radio station to come to lunch and a few of the dj's but they included me too. They knew I was already a big Gaga fan, and she basically thanked us for being one of the first radio stations ever to play Just Dance. So they knew that it made sense for me to be there because I was pushing for the song since day 1 =]

:omg: I'm pretty much just left speechless right now. :legend:

Yeah honestly when it happened it didn't seem like that big of a deal because in Oct of 2008 honestly no one really knew who Lady Gaga was, but I definitely did!!.. I remember walking on the streets of San Francisco from the radio station to the restaurant and everyone was looking at her like "who is this crazy chick in stilettos leather and a hairbow" lol

During lunch she told us some crazy stories and she invited EVERYONE at the table to come see her perform at 2 clubs that night (Boss and City Nights) - There was 7 of us from the station at the table and she said she would put all our names on the guest list at the clubs that night. I was the ONLY ONE from all the radio people that actually showed up at the clubs and when she saw me she was excited that I came to watch her perform live.

Ever since then I've seen Gaga live about 15 times but that day was special because it was the only time I ever heard her perform "Starstruck" live which at the time was my favorite Gaga track by faaarrrrr!!
