If Gaga at some point decides to release something ARTPOP related, then it'll be a great surprise. I think the closest or most possible thing Interscope can do for to release those songs is release it by the time she's not here anymore. But I refuse to believe that whole 2021 resurface (the petition, ARTPOP going #1 in multiple countries, DJWS revealing things about ACT II such as there being 40 (40!!!!!!) finished/almost-finished songs, DJWS playing the intro to TEA at JWT Fenway Park, etc.) was all for nothing. She will be the first singer ever to perform during time travel; she will change history by releasing Act 2 in november 2014.
