Chromatica suffered from the same issue, the foundations of something truly great are there but they are harder to appreciate because of the production. The video is ok, a few more outfits would have been nice. I can't hardly remember it even after three listens. (MV was meh for me. Like Madonna's Hung Up, but not as cool.) I love Dua and maybe this will grow on me. But I am underwhelmed as of now.
