Didymus 34,379
Honestly, the smaller the better. I love Gaga performing in clubs for example. I still consider her very first promo performances the very best. The crowds go wild and the atmosphere must've been amazing.
gagalovesme 2
i'd rather have a packed arena, at least then you can see her properly wherever you are
Reno 79
As long as i'm in front there's no difference for me, but if i had to be in the back then i prefer arena :nails:
MonsterOfSpain 8,279
Arenas: -You can be closer to Gaga if you have seating tickets. -Experience is better and so sound is. -Smaller and better, feels closer to fans and atmosphere. -Packed GA. -Gaga's management can have more control on sales and dates, for example: It's not the same having one sold-out arena show and then adding another arena show than having one almost sold-out stadium, if you know what I mean. Check out a pic of the Palau Sant Jordi I took a few moments before the show started, notice how GA is starting to be empty in the back. Absolutely this. :legend:
Pop Muse Tumblr 1
I'd say arenas for the overall enjoyment on the part of the fans. On the other hand, I feel stadium shows would be great once in a while as it does feel like a milestone event on the part of the artist. I would like her to do 70 out of 100 arenas and 30 in stadiums just to show Gaga´s celebrity power. I want her to do Wembley Stadium too! Maybe if she came to Europe twice next time, Wembley Stadium the first time, 2 or more dates (however much she can sell out) then the second time 3 or 4 shows at the O2 Arena for a more intimate experience. But she has to do Wembley Stadium at some point, she is big enough. AMEN! if she doesn't move up to stadiums (esp here in australia), people will think that gaga hasn't GROWN. people will eventually think, gaga has been around for___ years yet she's hasn't been able to do sydney football stadium, etihad stadium, like eminem, coldplay, etc? i'd personally love to experience a gaga ball in a stadium, as i've never been to a headlining one-act stadium concert ever! wembley is EPIC. see the start of the michael jackson to see what i mean http://www.youtube.c...h?v=nqoseRsPIqY EDIT: michael jackson between 1992 and 1997 only did THREE arena dates- in PERTH, AUSTRALIA (as the stadium had bad sound). every other single tour date he did was in super-sized arenas like tokyo dome or in stadiums :deadbanana:

The new one is alot bigger, better sound and the stands are taller so everything feels closer.
Bye 3,947
Depends... if it can be reasonably predicted that the stadium will be sold out (twickenham stadium, stade de france where I incidentally went ) then Stadium > Arenas. In low-selling places a full arena is better.
teo 609
The arenas´s sound is much better, and people feel more comfortable, besides there´s no weather problems. this.

Pop Muse Tumblr 1
As long as she doesn't fricking do stadiums in Brisbane compare this, from brisbane entertainment centre. 0:14. ridiculously small crowd. BORING! http://youtu.be/Z__oOb9kF6s?t=14s to this: (old) wembley (yep, i've seen the new wembley on the muse 2007 dvd lol). 72000 PEOPLE. http://youtu.be/fy-3aPvYkkA?t=2m10s same intro. same tour. different venues.concertgoers of almost the same ethnicity (examples of generalisations- japanese are more reserved and brazilians go nuts at concerts). both the british and aussies waited ages (10 years or so) for michael, but the brisbane crowd looks so TAME compared to the wemblet crowd. and coldplay at suncorp stadium, 2012 http://www.youtube.c...h?v=C9aJInzrK8Q having bigger crowds just adds to the magic. Benjamin Monk 0
Arenas, on the MB she came to like 6 UK cities and their arenas, with BTWB as it was stadiums she came to one stadium and then our biggest arena, neither was near my house and I needed 2 hours travel whereas the older show was 10 minutes away
