The Gaga part sound a little like ai/pitched but it is a real demo here's the snippet that leaked a while ago, btw Elton did not record it WITH his phone but was in the sessions with them THROUGH his phone via skype

I think it's real, maybe Gaga recorded her part on the Elton first version and then they send it to him to help him to have the vision ? Idk

But seems legit
