I was here!! I literally see my silhouette :toofunny:

It was legit, one of the most nostalgic, exciting, and well made Gaga events I've ever attended. And it was SUCH a surprise. I've been telling everyone about this night ever since.

It was marketed as your average benchmark album anniversary celebration, by this local organization that runs super fun themed music nights every weekend. They did mention the drag tribute and Michael Silas, but they didn't say that it was gonna be a point from point recreation of the entire Fame Ball set. Choreography, interludes, probs, musical arrangements, all of it. I was FLOORED, once I realized what they were doing.

After it was over and the dance floor reopened, I stopped Michael as he walked by, and told him amazing I felt about the whole thing. About how surreal it was to kinda relive my Fame Ball experience from 2009, only a few miles away from the Wiltern Theater, where it took place. Except this time, as an adult :cryga: He gave a hug and thanked for all the support throughout the years. He then dances with us on the floor throughout the rest of the night as Gaga songs (hits and lesser known fan faves) blasted throughout the venue.

Such a great experience. I wonder what they're gonna do for the 10th anniversary of ARTPOP.

Dante,

Thank you for buying a ticket to the show and I'm so glad to hear you had as much fun as we did making the show! Yes, we wanted it to be a big surprise to OG Gaga fans who would least expect it but also rock the hardest when we performed.

Michael is a class act! The most amazing performer and collaborator we had the privilege of working with. We were so lucky he could choreograph the entire show with Fransisco Villa, from Superbow!

We unfortunately won't be able to do an ARTPOP re-creation (not enough time) but we are hoping in the future to do another one similarly. The event promoter we worked with will be doing just a dance night though of ARTPOP, so I recommend dancing the night away with them.

Hi, yes that that's me!

I launched Club Gaga in May 2009.

Funny enough our "Fame 15" celebration party holds special significance as it marked ten years since the release of Club Gaga's #BTWBC viral sensation, which was unironically and unintentionally released on August 19, 2013.

It was a full circle moment for me to be able to put on another production, 10 years apart.

Thank you for enjoying!

ClubGaga!!!! What an icon! The Born This Way Ball Clone was so impressive and is a great example of why I love this fandom so much.
