I saw the tracklist but I won’t listen to the leaks. It’s really sad when this happens to an artist, music is HARD & EXPANSIVE to make, it’s a loss for everyone, but ESPECIALLY for small artists for whom every sell, every stream and every view counts. How the hell do people even get ahold of the music to leak it? Who is leaking it? Are they getting paid tonnes of money? If so who is buying it? Or are they getting hacked? I just don't understand I know that Melanie Martinez's studio sessions and some demos leaked through Disscord somehow... I guess they had a discord where her and her producers shared the music and ideas? Idk Also don't a lot of artists store their music only on external hard drives that are only plugged into computers with no internet access? I remember when I was young I used to be happy when something leaked. now I learned when you look at it through the artist perspective it’s really petty. Good luck to her and her album. I had the pleasure of meeting and talking to her at World Pride in NYC at Sasha Velour’s drag show. I have all of her records signed, and I think she’s just brilliant. This is devastating for her especially after having to cancel her last tour and being sick for so long. Ugh mother x I wonder when it was planned for release? Her management are on the discord now trying to contain the situation, but it's very spiteful and intentional. Someone really hates her, it's so disgusting!
