Also been following her since years, and she has every right to be proud of her work me thinks.

She has also used her platform extensively for political and social issues, and quite sharply so. Yet, it is everyone’s own decision to support the cause they believe in the way they prefer. Just because she’s Persian, she’s not any more or less responsible to speak up about anything than any of us… it’s like blaming every European artist why they have not posted something about the war in Ukraine. 
 

But this 10k retweet thing is a bit messy. Just release it, no need for the theatrics 🙃
