Yep! Most of the EU aid to Palestine goes to UN agencies, charities, and non-government organisations (like the Red Crescent Movement) rather than to the hands of regimes. Withdrawing aid is a political gesture and basically just a punishment on innocent people who will no longer be provided with education, shelter, and clean water systems

So are you accusing the EU for directly and knowingly supporting Hamas? Or do you think they did not know where their aid went? 

As another user said, most humanitarian aid is done through international channels. It does not "support Hamas" to almost any extent, unless you are equating Hamas with every Palestinian citizen, which would be akin to, let's say, thinking that every Israeli citizen is genocidal. Which is similar to the Hamas-way of thinking.

If the region was not under constant blockade by the genocidal apartheid administration for many years  now, maybe I could go and hold a census for you? I could ask you the same with something like "How many Israeli civilians support IDF" just to legitimize the killing of civilians. But that would be wrong, you know, since they are civilians.

The unproved attacks by Hamas is Israel’s 9/11 and yet people are still justifying terrorism. Imagine if people were support al-qaeda after the actual 9/11 happened or IS after the Manchester Bombing.
